If the proportion is right, working environments become more comfortable, flow is positive, and good things come out.

In phase two of IDEO’s renovation, the range of meeting room and workshop spaces interlock to form a meeting node at a strategic office location, but the in-between spaces are carefully shaped, framed, or opened up to allow secondary interaction and break spaces, instead of just walls and corridors at the minimum escape widths.

Note:
This is a partial renovation on a previous design of the whole space, and tries to retain as much of existing floor and ceilings.
